We are looking for a skilled CSR to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients. As we work with numerous clients in USA, UK, Europe and Middle East we need someone who can understand and adapt to customer requirements

CSR will be responsible for the overall cross selling & upselling and his/her goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business achieve long term success.

 We offer 35 K basic salary with an attractive comission. With commission you have potential to earn over 100k a month

  Responsibilities

  • Consistently make a good first impression when calling leads
  • Commit to departmental and individual quotas/goals
  • Meet company expectations for excellent customer service
  • Update contacts CRM when necessary
  • Provide information regarding product/service in an engaging manner
  • Answer all customer questions honestly and accurately
  • Take relevant notes on all calls for future use and enter into CRM
  • Process orders quickly and accurately
  • Maintain a friendly, professional tone at all times
  • Function as part of the team with sincere enthusiasm
  • Negotiate sales and address any concerns/reservations of potential customers
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Facilitate field teams to mutually achieve targets
  • Creating and updating activity reports
  • Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering
  • Learn details about our product and service offerings
  • Measure identified KPIs
  • Always strive towards meeting sales quota
  • Track and document calls and sales
  • Prepare and present achievements and KPIs
  • Initiating repeated orders by follow up phone calls after the customers' purchases 

 Qualification & Experience:

  • 1 to 2 years’ experience as tele sales officer or similar from any B2B & B2C business
  • Relevant masters of bachelor from recognized institution, A level & O level passed also can apply
  • Must have strong command on English Language, spoken and written
  • Must have US or UK English accent
  • Proven record of met quota & targets
  • Hands on experience with sales tools as CRM software
  • Role open to Male and Female candidates
