Assistants Regional Managers/ Sales Executives
· Assist in developing a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
· Assist in designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
· Initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
· Assist in developing and executes sales strategies and incentive programs to achieve goals.
· Utilizes Company’s platform to manage leads and contracts. Ultimately responsible for
· accuracy of all data contained within Company.
· Provides prospects with sales presentations. Carries the sales presentation from inception to close.
· Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
· Follows Company’s policies and guidelines. Communicates policies and guidelines to Sales team.
· Ensures that all required contract documents are current and accurately executed.
· Pre‐qualifies buyers utilizing available financing tools.
· Manage weekly sales meetings. Tracks prospect status, sales activity and weekly closings.
· Reviews progress against monthly and annual revenue goals.
· Contributes to development of pricing models and release strategies.
· Works with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop effective sales tools
· Evaluates effectiveness and provides recommendations for Sales training programs.
· Leads and participates in on-site prospect events and off site sales outreach activities.
· Thinks strategically. Provides feedback and recommendations to Management.
· Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Requirements
· Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
· Proficiency in English
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office
· Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
· Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
· Fast learner and passion for sales
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
· Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
· High school degree
