- To draft new policies regarding rewards, demo phones reimbursement and many more.
- To issue demo phones and update the demo phone information in the DMS system.
- To calculate reimbursements of branches (main promotion policies, wholesaler rewards).
- To calculate all kind of rewards of branches if there’s some price discount policy or some other adjustment.
- To make the price adjustment ledgers & calculate the branch wise adjustment amount based on sales.
- To follow up the sales volume of new products and products in price adjustment.
- To make Allocation & process Stock Transfers of branches.
- To make ledger adjustment sheets related to branches only as needed.
- To make the reimbursement forms for expenses.
- Documents management (interior and exterior).
- To manage the DMS sales system, set the configuration parameters and solve problems posed by Branches.
- To deal with external official matters such as Hotel Selection and accommodation process of Launch Event, Key Accounts Coordination, time to time training on DMS System.
- Responsible for the Regional Coordination of the Company.
- To Provide DMS related data to other departments colleagues as demanded.
