Job Description

  • Responsible for accepting and handling Vivo Service Hotline, Online Consultation, Complaint Business and Customer Care.
  • Provide High Quality Services to customers through Calls and Online Channel to enhance the reputation of Brand and customer loyalty.
  • Must be familiar with office software with typing speed 30 WPM.
  • Preferably Call Center work background.
  • Ability to work under pressure and communicate well.
  • Should have cheerful and polite personality and generous enthusiasm.
