- Maintain records and receipts for all daily transaction.
- Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes.
- Monitor all bank deposits and payments and report closing balance to the head on daily basis.
- Provide the updated Bank Statement to ERP Team on daily basis.
- Reconcile bank statements
- Ensure data integrity in all financial reporting.
- Prepare payments for Vendors and Import Contracts after verifying all the supporting evidence with invoice.
- Disburse Salaries to Staff and Production Employees.
- Assist in budget preparation and management activities.
- Conduct periodic financial analysis to identify and resolve issues, gaps or variances.
- Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related issues.
- Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
