- Look for opportunity of controlling cost, promote and follow up the cost project in factory, supervise to carry out and evaluate the values.
- Close work order and its reporting, guarantee the accuracy of WIP account and control the material loss within proper level.
- Review the abnormal and supervise the measures to control cost by holding meeting with engineering and production teams.
- Familiarity of the production processes and inventory control in manufacturing industry. Provide cost scrap loss and labor cost report with specific analysis.
- Organize workshop stocktaking, find and prevent risk of asset safety then take solutions effectively.
- Planning, directing, budgeting, scheduling, monitoring, controlling & reporting different projects.
- Assess all incoming products, resources, and services to ensure the best price.
- Commit to maximizing efficiency at all levels without compromising quality.
- Must be smart,confident and with proficient analytical skills.
- Willing to do business trip & overtime,have strong responsibility to execute tasks.
- Must have project management and teamwork skill.
- Have good communication in English(Chinese language will be preferred).
