Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, systems, procedures and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Monitoring the recruitment process based on company's need
- Implementing and continuous improvement on company's compensation & benefit program
- Timely and Accurate processing of Factory Staff and Workers monthly Payroll along with all related Salary inputs
- Analyze training needs and provide the training that need by employee
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above majoring in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law or other related major
- Candidates who have HRM or HR Professional Certification will be preferred
- Have at least 5 years working experiences in HR dept for well known manufacturing company
- Fluent in English, Urdu or Mandarin
- Fully understand the business process, system of HR and in depth knowledge of Labor Law
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- People & Data oriented and result driven, good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to architect strategy along with strong leadership skills
