• Assisting day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Providing clerical and administrative support.
  • Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
  • Documentation, compiling and updating employee records and other HR Report.
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.).
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
  • Bachelor degree or above majoring in Business Management/Human Resources Management/Industrial Engineering or other related major.
  • At least having 1 year working experience or Fresh Graduate.
  • Full Professional Proficiency in English or Mandarin.
  • Proactive, Hardworker, Goals & Details Oriented, Fast learner.
  • Good Analytical Thinking and Interpersonal skill.
  • Having interest with data and able to do analysis with Ms. Excel or other programs.
