To assist Tax compliance of Income Tax and Sales Tax and province taxes as well.
Also assist to collect the data from branches, reconciliation of Tax Ledgers and pay the monthly tax to Federal Board of Revenue, all in accordance with industry and regulatory authority guidelines.
Main Duties:
- Preparing the Income Tax Challans (Suppliers & Employees) reconciliation with ledgers on monthly basis.
- Collecting data from branches, check and verify the data as per law.
- Post the data in their respective ledgers on monthly basis.
- Issuing of Sales Tax Invoices to clients.
- Preparing Quarterly Withholding Tax Statement.
- Preparing Services Sales Tax returns of Punjab Revenue Authority & Sindh Revenue Board
- Verifying the vendors bill as per law and preparing the tax calculation sheet before making payment to vendors.
- Maintain the record of Income Tax & Sales Tax.
- Reconciliation of EOBI Ledger and pay on monthly basis.
- Preparing, Booking and paying the Social Security challan on monthly bases.
Requirements & Qualification:
- 3-4-year experience.
- Graduate / Masters (preferably with commerce or finance specialization)
- Good Excel skills
- Ability to work under pressure, extended hours and with high speed and accuracy
- Excellent time management skills.
- Attention to details and ability to work in teams.
