1. SECURITY:
Supervising security guards i.e.
- Ensure that security gaurds are vigilant in performing their responsibilities.
- Ensure that security gaurds are having accurate check on security in night shift timings.
- Ensure that security gaurds are registering each new personnel before allowing them to enter in the office premises.
- Responsible for arranging the security gaurd.
- Responsible for checking that security gaurds are keeping the office door closed.
- Hired executive should personally check the entire building daily to ensure that their in no risk to property.
2. MAINTENANCE & REPAIR:
- Responsible for checking the entire floor everymorning i.e. damage to supplies and observe how to use the property properly to make the property better and more long-term use, If damaged, timely maintain it by self, if he can not repair, he can call professional person to repair.
3. HYGIENE:
- Responsible for overseeing the hygiene of the entire office area.
- Responsible for ensuring cleanliness in the office through office sweepers.
- Responsible for keeping in touch with the cleaner at any time.
4. PURCHASE:
- Responsible for purchaisng Good quality office goods.
5. VEHICLE MAINTAINANCE:
- Responsible for checking fuel filling records.
- Responsible for supervising vehicle maintainance.
