1. It is essential for the customs declarer to have profound knowledge and practical professional ability，to be familiar with laws and foreign trade knowledge related to importation and exportation, to be proficient in customs regulations & rules, to be capable of going through the customs, to assist freight forwarding companies to complete the customs clearance and the logistics procedures. 2. In charge of tracking and confirming the purchase order and the date of arrival, and reporting to the manager timely;
3. In charge of getting and keeping in touch with the freight forwarding company and the logistics company;
4. To confirm the delivery date and other information, and to expedite the freight forwarding company to deliver goods on time;
5. In charge of filling in the warehousing documents and actively cooperate the warehouse keeper to complete the warehousing of purchased goods;
6. In charge of the payment of purchasing cost and to cooperate with the Finance Department to finish the payment;
7. In charge of customs clearance of imported and exported goods and contacting the freight forwarding company to prepare documents for customs clearance so as to finish the customs clearance successfully;
8. In charge of reporting and dealing with abnormalities in customs declaration;
9. In charge of collecting and collating documentation for import and export and timely providing documents needed by the Finance Department.
10. To give advice on collating and preparing customs documents and on reasonable tax avoidance.
11. To acquire the importation data of competing brands from the Customs Department for the company’s reference.
Proficient in customs regulations and customs tariff, capacity of going through the customs，great ability in communication, coordination and organization.
