1. Training and Learning Stage (Probation Period)
1) To study the corporate culture, rules & regulations and promotion access of vivo;
2) To acquire basic knowledge of the smart phone, and recite four textbooks;
3) To master the four steps of sales and the ability to introduce products;
4) To know the mobile phone models of competitors and make corresponding analysis;
2. Promoter Stage (Probation Period)
To accomplish the sales volume of 60 mobile phones in 1-3 months.
3. Supervisor Stage
- Distribution: collecting market information and continuous visits to shops in order to maintain old distributions and develop new distributions with that also push and help wholesaler to open new distribution.
- Stock Management: Maintain enough stock on shop for sale and regularly track stock availability. Track DMS stock data everyday push wholesaler provide enough stock to dealer, per shop at least 10 units/30 Days turnover days; and help wholesaler push the payment from retailer.
- Visiting: Three times visit per shop per week at least one hour.
- Sales: Provide assistants in sales which are actually made by you.
- Dealer Service: Eight advantages, basic and differential services
- Recruitment: carry out promoter recruitment and interview, and transfer quality shop promoters to company promoters.
- Training: Assist promoters to improve product knowledge, sales skills and sales positivity accompanied by sales, ensure the per capita output value of more than 30 units. Provide training at least one time in a week to all company promoters, shop promoters, dealers and wholesaler staff one by one.
- Daily Management: Manage promoters ‘attendance, ensure promoters’ availability on shops, match DMS sales with actual sales; conduct promoter meeting, find and solve issues，track and push sales regularly. To finish target assigned by the company, divide sales target in your team，track and push sales regularly. Also manage shop promoters.
- Brand Image: Maintain counter display, shelf display, promoter appearance, glass door sticker and other vivo image to enhance brand influence.
