(1) Compilation of 4 textbooks: Product Parameters, Core Selling Points, Six Steps of Promotion and Objection Handling.
(2) To optimize the textbooks by discussing with outstanding promoters.
(3) To update the product parameters of vivo and competing brands every month.
(4) To seek outstanding promoters with a monthly sales volume of over 100 handsets and summarize sales pitch and behavior which may be presented and popularized.
(5) To track secondary teams’ implementation of the textbooks.
