Vizz Web Solutions is hiring new support staff for the company. We are looking for logical, hard worker, responsible and dedicated person who can work from 1 pm to 10 pm. We will provide candidate training for our running system so he would be responsible to:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times - Chat via Skype
- Respond promptly to tickets and customers inquiries
- Communicating with customers through our ticket system
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Manage Skype chats and should be responsive to all customer’s concerns
- Keep track of all chats and should interact with the team
- Follow up with team and customers
- Able to handle and resolve customer’s concern timely
- Trace issues and provide best possible solutions to customers
Requirements:
- Strong communications skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to quickly establish good working relationships with clients
- A logical mind (Sharp candidate)
- Enthusiasm for continual learning
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends
