In this role, the AutoCAD 2D and 3D Expert is responsible for producing accurate digital representations of objects and structures that serve as the foundation for practical applications in both academic and applied settings. Responsibilities
- Develop and produce detailed 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD software to meet project specifications and standards.
- Review and interpret project requirements to create accurate technical drawings and blueprints.
- Lead and supervise a team of 18 design professionals, coordinating their activities to optimize productivity and quality.
- Conduct regular training and mentoring sessions to enhance team skills and technical proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design outputs align with project goals.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant safety regulations, industry standards, and institutional guidelines.
- Maintain and update design documentation, revisions, and records systematically for easy access and reference.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to design and drafting processes promptly and effectively.
- Utilize feedback and testing results to refine and improve model accuracy and performance.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of all design-related tasks.
