· Assisting the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy
· Administer compensation and benefit plans
· Maintain Orientation program
· Maintain Attendance management system with leave records
· Maintain Employee engagement
· Coordinate daily operations
· Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment & selection processes
· Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
· Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
· Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
· Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
· Undertake tasks around performance management
· Gather and analyze data with useful HRM Fuctions, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
· Maintain employee files and records
