What will You Do on this Job:

Using your sales and communication skills, you will be the first point of contact between a prospective client and our exciting travel portfolio. Therefore, ultimate professionalism, the ability to adapt your pitch and exceptional telephone skills are a must.

Working both within a supporting team and individually you will have responsibility for converting inbound customer enquiries into successful sales. Using a combination of calls, email enquiries, an established database, marketing-generated leads and your own initiative to convert new prospects, you will be expected to communicate effectively and intelligently via the telephone and email.

How is this Job Different?

Not only will you be providing customers with excellent product knowledge and customer service but you will be tailor-making itineraries for our most discerning clients. You will need to follow up on queries to pull back clients. You will not just book flights but also meet all the flight needs, arrange for special travel requests and ensure transparency and client satisfaction with feedback on your service.

·         You must know grammatically correct Written as well as fluent Spoken English
