About The Role:
We’re looking for a motivated individual to build relationships with small to medium-sized business owners. You will be required to reach out to business owners, gauge their online advertising needs and assist them in selecting the best package.
- This role is 100% outbound via phone and email.
- Necessary business information is provided for you to make contact.
- You are required to call business owners.
- Discuss advertising needs and consult accordingly.
- Send follow up emails with information and/or invoices.
- B2B (business to business) contact.
- Ability to cold-call and build relationships over the phone.
- Superb communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Calm and confident phone manner.
- Aussie Accent is a must.
- Solutions and outcomes focused.
- Basic IT skills needed (Microsoft Word, Outlook etc).
- An outgoing and hardworking nature.
Additional Skills to Stand Out:
- Broad understanding of digital marketing (Social Media, Website Design, SEO, etc.)
- Broad understanding of our company and services.
- Any previous sales, customer service, or related experience in working with small businesses.
