Responsibilities:
Position will be training agents from the scratch by giving them the product Knowledge, pitch, rebutting, polishing their speaking skills as required in the American telemarketing circuit, lessons regarding telephone manners, brief overview regarding the American culture, ethics and the code of conduct and do what all it takes to transform a fresh agent into a product of substance who when dials sounds and performs like a professional C.S.R.
(Trainer is expected to design a training manual for this specific campaign)
