Our Company:
Volmatica – based in New Jersey, U.S. is an IT staffing and consulting company that provides staffing services to its clients all across the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Discuss and negotiate rates with the clients and vendors.
- Provide training to the applicants including how to conduct phone interviews, test administration, and records management
- Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is on-boarded
- Submit the candidate as per the client’s requirement in a specific format as advised by the client
- Arranging technical interviews over the phone/email
- Keeping Applicant Tracking System up to date
- Explaining and Negotiating compensation/packages, assessing relevant experience, education, skills, and qualification to determine pay type/rate, and relocation benefits for the consultants
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- Nice to have prior experience in a call center preferably in a US-based call center as a Tele-Sales Representative.
IT BACKGROUND IS A MUST
- Prior experience in technical recruiting will be a PLUS.
- Can do attitude is required.
