Functions and responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end functions of the organization to achieve strategic goals
- Ability to liaison with clients and employees in a managerial, legal and functional capacity
- Collaborate with CEO on long-term and short-term plans for corporate growth of the company
- Assists in budgeting and resource allocation
- Measures effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally
- Find out-of-the-box solutions to improve systems and processes
- Develops and implements strategies for the company
- Acts as a liaison between company and client for quality assurance
- Provides mentoring to all employees, including management where necessary
- Motivates staff to meet sales targets, production deadlines and international quality standards
- Manage client services employees and train them in leadership skills, so they can better serve clients
- Ensure that every department of the company align with the company’s core values and culture
- Work with internal team to conduct effective brainstorming sessions
- Demonstrated success in achieving organization growth
