1.    Telesales/Call Centre Representative– Accounting/Finance

 Certax Accounting Fitzrovia, London Based Accounting Firm are recruiting for a Telesales Advisor / Lead Generator to join a friendly and positive office. Telesales specialist will be responsible for telemarketing and lead generation with excellent communication skills and sound knowledge of the subject.

 Our lucrative salaries will also include healthy commission and bonuses as an incentive to accomplish your targets.  We are expecting a person with a flexible and effective communications service to help our business generate leads, introduce our company and make appointments on our behalf – this is to help us to generate more sales.

 You will have a positive & friendly telephone manner to ensure the company is always presented in a helpful manner. Strong Communication skills in English and Strong computer skills are essential in this role as all calls must be logged onto company system.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Take Inbound calls
  • Call (Cold Call) to potential prospects that are generated by external sources of leads.
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers. This can be done by phone calls, emails or social media messages.
  • Identify the decision makers, their authority and budget within targeted leads to begin a sales process.
  • Recommend or purchase data on our behalf or utilize your existing database.
  • Coordinate with Senior Management for daily tasks and meet the targets.
  • Make outbound calls to prospect data and introduce our company to raise awareness of our products and or services.
  • Specialists in Permanent, Contract & Temporary Recruitment, covering; Industrial, Office, Technical & Engineering.

Competencies for Accounting/Finance Telesales Advisor

  • Sound Technical Knowledge of marketing for Accountancy and Financial Services.
  • Sales Promotion, Proposal Writing Preparing and finalizing accounts for both Sole Traders and Limited Companies
  • Taxation and Legal affairs within country
  • Company secretarial work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
