VSORS is a partner firm of Accounts Automated Australia which is an accounting firm established in 2009. We provide financial and accounting services with the aim to transform these business processes through the use of technology and automation.

We are looking for an HR Team Lead to manage our HR team. You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Own the recruiting pipeline from preparing the Job Descriptions, consulting with the department heads on talent requirements, and promoting the job on company networks
  • Shortlisting the resumes based on the Job criteria and conducting the first line of interviews.
  • Take care of employee on-boarding including conducting the orientation, and coordinating with the technical team to set up necessary credentials
  •  Implement employee assessment, development, and training programs inside our HR framework
  • Manage all benefits for the employees including medical etc. This includes annual policy review, employee communication, and day-to-day helpdesk inquiries
  • Closely monitor the KPIs of all the employees and perform periodic appraisals
  •  Calculate employee wages based on the timesheets and initiate the payments to process the salaries.
  • Responsible for employee record keeping.
  • Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
  • Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
  • Answers the telephone, relays messages and maintains equipment and supplies.
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
  • Maintains quality service by following organization standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelors/ Masters in Business or Similar
  • 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources. 
  • Close attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information
  • Comfortable working with databases and analytical tools
  • Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
