Vthink is seeking skilled and proactive DevOps / Platform Support Engineer (Embedded or Shared) to support, maintain, and optimize our cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and production environments. The ideal candidate will work closely with development, QA, security, and operations teams to ensure system reliability, scalability, performance, and continuous delivery of applications and services. This role is responsible for infrastructure automation, monitoring, system support, CI/CD pipeline management, cloud operations, incident resolution, and platform stability.
Responsibilities
Manage & maintain cloud infrastructure environments such as AWS/Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Configure and support virtual servers, containers, storage, networking, and security services
• Implement infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
• Support software release management and deployment processes
• Automate build, testing, deployment, and rollback procedures
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment efficiency
• Troubleshoot production issues, outages, and performance bottlenecks
• Implement security best practices for infrastructure and applications
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
• Support orchestration, scaling, and high-availability environments
• Manage access controls, backups, patching, and vulnerability remediation
• Support compliance, audit, and disaster recovery initiatives
• Ensure system reliability and data protection standards are maintained
• Participate in system architecture planning and infrastructure improvements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence
