TheRegional HR Managerwill be responsible for overseeing HR activities including direct support and guidance to local HR Coordinators, employee & labour relations, training and organizational development and coaching leaders in alignment with the organizations strategy and culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues.Work withLocal HR, Branches & Head Office
  • Ensure compliance in respect of EOBI/PESSI/SESSI.
  • Equip managers with the tools and training to optimize their performance and work with leaders to create and ensure successful completion of individual development plans.
  • Support the talent review and succession planning processes using a consultative approach that ensures a strong talent bench.
  • Communicate and apply company policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct.
  • Candidate must have have experinece to deal with Labour Court/EOBI/PESSI/SESSI and get clearence from bodies.
  • Processing of medical claims.
  • Follow the hiring procedure in light of company policy.
KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • University degree, preferably in Human Resources Management)
  • 2 to 03 years experience asa generalist HR and/or HR Business Partner
  • Proficient in all areas of Federal & State or Provincial employment law and human rights legislation
  • Fluent in English
