Requirements are as follow:
- Understanding of corporate culture
- Basic experience with Company Secretarial matters such as SECP filings, drafting and recording Company Resolutions
- Experience dealing with banks
- Experience dealing with government bodies
- Drafting emails, letters and basic agreements (Good written English)
- Highly organized, self-motivated individual
- Excellent record-keeping (including soft copies on Drive)
- Team player
- Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver on time
- Education: Bachelors (minimum)
- Proficient in MS Office (essential)
- Comfortable using Shared Drives and collaboration tools such as Teams / Slack (preferred)
Candidate may be young with limited experience but should be willing to learn and develop on the job.
