A graduate with 2 years experience having full grip on verbal and written communication.
Following duties will be performed by the Personal Secretary to CEO
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
- Typing,transalting, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Managing databases and filing systems.
- Miscellaneous supporting tasks , eg completing some corporate governance reporting , conducting research, etc.
Applicants from Multigarden and adjacent areas will be prefered.
