Job Description

A graduate with 2 years experience having full grip on verbal and written communication. 

Following duties will be performed by the Personal Secretary to CEO

  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Typing,transalting, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
  • Managing databases and filing systems.
  • Miscellaneous supporting tasks , eg completing some corporate governance reporting , conducting research, etc.

Applicants from Multigarden and adjacent areas will be prefered.
