- Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires.
- First point of customer contact for general inquiries like pricing, products, scheduling and alignment of vehicles
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the customer
- Builds and maintain business relationship with customers by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty.
- Contribute to maintain strong relationships with vendors
- Track and trace cargo as required
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
- Meet KPI standards, as per the company procedures
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Understand department process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency
- Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results
- Understanding of transportation documentation and terms is a plus
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
