We are looking for a sales and marketing executive to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. Real estate agent responsibilities include marketing and selling properties to buyers and making healthy relationship with clients.
Responsibilities· Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms· Maintain healthy relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance.· Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.· Prepares clients reports and follow ups.· Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.· Display and market real property to possible buyers· Maintain and update listings of available properties· Promote sales through advertisements and personal links.· Skills of using social media mediums proficiently.Requirements· Presentation skills· Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills· Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills· Pleasant and trustworthy· MS Office familiarity· Confidence and good energy level· Excellent Interpersonal SkillsEducation & Qualifications· University and College Graduates· Any degree subject is acceptable.· Experience in sales and marketing.Job Details
