Overview:
Technical lead/Project Manager is responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating Agile project teams to achieve a high level of performance, while adhering to existing standards and delivery processes. This position requires prior experience of working as a team lead. Main responsibility will be to manage projects. The Agile Project Manager will act as Scrum Master to manage stakeholder relationships and ensure support and alignment to IT departmental roadmaps; manage project cost and forecasting, as well as vendor and departmental relationships.

Skills/Responsibilities:
1. Lead and motivate Agile project teams for Enterprise projects
2. Define and manage project scope and budget
3. Assist in creating Agile increment project plans and schedules
4. Assess risk - identify risk to project success
5. Define metrics – identify measures for success related to delivery of the project
6. Manage project delivery process
7. Manage stakeholders’ expectations and communications
8. Communicate lessons learned, meeting minutes, project charts, project timelines, and best practices to group management
9. Request approval for changes for IT projects
10. Responsible for Project Review meetings to IT Program Manager
11. Conduct team meetings, as required
12. Work with the team to remove impediments
13. Manage several concurrent high visibility projects using a blend of Agile and Waterfall
14. Role of Scrum Master
Required Knowledge / Skill:
1. Previous skills as a Team Lead
2. Experience with Agile project management of information systems
3. Proficient at technical writing
4. Experience with creating large project plans and working in a large Agile project management organization
5. High proficiency with verbal and written communications. Excellent English speaking skills!
6. Ability to quickly adapt and respond to shifts in project/program
Required Experience / Education:
1. 4 years Information Technology/Computer Science degree
2. Proven skills as a technical writer
3. Proven skills as a technical lead/project manager
4. Ability to communicate with the US clients
