Wali Systems (Pvt) Limited is a Lahore based software development firm. Wali Systems is a multi-national company with offices in the USA and Pakistan. Its headquarter is in Maryland, USA. We offer excellent salary and benefits to selected applicants. We are augmenting our Lahore team right now and currently looking for an experienced SEO and Adwords expert. Please apply only if you have done serious SEO work and can prove your abilities and worthiness.
Responsibilities:
1. Experience with latest SEO tools and techniques. Solid understanding of how SEO works, how search engines update their algorithms and how that affects the overall SEO of websites.
2. Ability to adapt quickly to the fast-changing SEO rules, ability to learn and master new techniques quickly
3. Ability to create compelling landing pages. You are not required to be a designer or a programmer to do this but should be able to work with the designers and developers to create professional looking effective landing pages.
i. Proper use of H1 tag
ii. Carefully crafted Title tag and other tags like description, metatags, etc
iii. Making sure the content is right and contains correct keyword density
iv. Prominent call of action
v. Ease of use
vi. Excellent typography
vii. Extreme care to not use plagiarism or images infrining copyrights. You will be working with content writers but it's your job to guide them on what kind of content you need for the pages.
4. Excellent knowledge and experience of working with Google Adwords.
i. Maintain quality score of 7 or 8 on each of the keywords. If you quality score is less than 7 then you obviously don't know what you are doing.
ii. Experience with A/B testing
iii. Manage Ad groups, bids, and keywords. Quickly adjust bids to achieve high ROI, high CTR and low bounce rate. You must have prior experience of managing paid ADs and achieving good ROI.
5. Solid experience of using Google webmaster tools and Google Analytics
6. Link up analytics, adwords and webmaster tools to create useful dashboards
7. Monthly detailed reports of progress to be sent to the management

9. Excellent communication skills (Good written and verbal English) to communicate with the US clients.
