- Visiting branches, franchises and agents for evaluation of business conditions, scrutinizing improvements, and promoting business.
- Resolving all the issues being faced by the locations in terms of promotions and other and resolving them there and then.
- Ensuring branch ambiance and staff ambiance of the branch.
- Reporting to the Operations head/Audit Head/Compliance head in case any hiccup is witnessed in their area of expertise.
- Visiting bankers, consultant and other agents for introduction of the company and its services and then following up the same. Also maintaining an excel sheet with details of the same. This to be done with the in-charge of the location whose business cards will be used in such visits. Following up bankers, consultant and other agents.
- Ensuring sending of daily market rates to the bankers and customers by the respective in-charges.
- Discussing and resolving all issues being faced by the in-charges and customers with respective departments.
- Arranging BTL activities/Stall activities for development of business in respective zones and keeping and eagle’s eye on the zones happening and regional customs and Attending local area exhibitions and activities.
