We are looking for a dynamic resource for the post of Inernational IT Support Specialist - Night Shift. Must have a proven work experience of 2-3 years in Design, Web and Mobile Applications with adequate knowledge of cold calling, upsell, project management, and leads generation with Proficiency in IT knowledge.

- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport.
- Dealing with existing clients and ensuring completion of project, recurring payments, and upsell.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities to build business relationships with current and potential clients.
- Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts and coordinating business generation activities.
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling and communicating with existing clients.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Catering inbound leads (calls and emails) to make sales.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing customers via telephone calls, SMS and emails.
- Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments and interviews.
- Preparing proposal for projects and delivering them to the clients.
- Organize business meetings with prospective clients particularly from USA and Canada region.
- Experience in relevant field, preferred industry; Marketing, Customer Services, etc.
- Strong communication and IT fluency.
- Excellent Oral & Written Communication skills in English.
- Neutral or American Accent.
- Good Sales Acumen and Aptitude.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Able to meet deadlines and targets.
