- Looking for an independent practicing Karachi and Peshawar based lawyers willing to work as part time associate to look after the proceeding in Courts at Karachi and Peshawar including High Court, Tribunals and Special Courts.
- The terms of engagement are whenever required one should put appearance as proxy counsel; one should be well versed with procedural matters i.e.
- filing of petitions, submission of documents, obtaining copies etc efficiently and flawlessly.
- Able to draft ordinary applications / petitions.
- Must have a good knowledge of all the courts its office and the related departments.
- Professional duties also includes visits whenever required to any office, government departments, Police Stations, Jail etc for the purpose of cases or matters ancillary thereto or otherwise, including visits to clients.
- Presences on all dates of hearing are mandatory in which lawyer is engaged.
- In addition lawyers having expertise in case law search and drafting will be preferred. Highly experienced and senior lawyers are requested not to apply.
- Beginners are encouraged to apply subject to expertise required above.
- Fee will be paid on case to case basis and charges will be paid for miscellaneous services.
