Position Summary:

Responsible to lead team of IT Support staff which provides technical assistance to company’s

employees and to ensure that team is meeting and exceeding expectations in regards to performance

meeting defined metrics/benchmarks, and that standards and processes are followed to provide

effective technical support services and meet requirements.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop help desk service strategy keeping in mind the company’s objectives
  • Develop, implement and administer help desk policies and procedures
  • Coordinate and manage technical support issues
  • Formulate training manuals related to end user’s technical support
  • Analyze feedback from end users regarding the functionality of IT services support such as email, networking, software and hardware
  • Manage complaints through services desk system for end users
  • Maintain hardware and software inventories
  • Train and develop IT Helpdesk team for Tier 1 support
  • Responsible for issuance of IT Hardware Nationwide
  • Responsible for the deployment of software required for end users
  • Coordinate with vendors for any kind of hardware procurement etc. related to end users
