A growing national company working in water, energy and environment areas requires the services of a professional and highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive for its Head Office (Mustafa Town, Lahore)
We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Executive (DME) to join our growing team. The DME’s responsibilities include planning digital media campaigns, execute plans, generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets.
To be successful as a DME you should be an inspired goal setter, self-starter, and carrying self-driven attitude.
Job Description:
- Manage all digital marketing channels and prepare and manage a digital marketing budget
- Contribute to the creation of creative marketing campaigns across social media, the company website, email and other platforms.
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Oversee all the company's social media accounts
- Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
- Create reports on the growth and analytics of campaigns
- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
- Manage the campaign implementation strategy and work dedicatedly to get the required campaign outcome
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
- Forecast sales performance trends
- Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
- Research advertising trends and competitors’ pricing and products
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a digital marketing specialist or similar role
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords etc.)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (e.g. Dreamweaver) desired
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
