Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
- Assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties.
- He will announce the arrival of visitors to the officer concerned and help them to meet the officer in an orderly manner.
- He will make tea /coffee /and other kitchen services for staff and guest visitors.
