Assisting Project Manager in different stages of the EPC Project Life Cycle i.e., Engineering, Procurement, Construction and commissioning/start ‘Up by
- To coordinate with CAD Operator for all types of drawings for any retail outlets.
- Supervise the construction activities.
- To keep proper record of all the documents related to under construction sites.
- To educate the contractors and vendors for HSSE, while working at under construction site.
- meeting deadlines, and controlling costs and quality levels
- On time release of approved documents to adhere to agreed project schedule
- Monitoring development with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs anu quality compliance; evaluating production progress & taking
- adequate corrective actions
- Coordinate to Manage detailed design of project, technical design instructions, material specification and discipline work practices / procedures
- Preparing RFQ (request for quotation) for all project purchase items and sub-contract works.
- Participate in relevant HSE Studies i.e., HAZOP, QRA studies
- Participate in Risk Management, Value Engineering, Earned Value Management, stakeholder Management and Reporting
- Managing Project Budget, cost estimates, procurement plan and deliver
- Construction and Interface Management in line with Plan
- Facilitating Site / Construction teams by providing the coordination of all EPC phases of the project.
- Planning, coordinating, and directing the construction work and construction subcontractor to meet all construction milestone dates
