Project Manager

WaterQo Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee Water Filtration Plant projects at various locations. This role requires managing the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring that all activities align with predetermined goals, schedules, and budgets. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in water filtration systems, excellent leadership capabilities, and significant experience in coordinating diverse teams and stakeholders. Managing a large team of 100 professionals, the Project Manager will be pivotal in driving project success through effective planning, execution, and risk management. The Project Manager is responsible for orchestrating complex operations across multiple sites, requiring proficiency in project planning, schedule coordination, and resource management. In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and clients to maintain smooth project flows and resolve challenges promptly. You will implement quality control measures and uphold strict safety standards to ensure operational excellence. Your ability to monitor project progress, foresee risks, and deliver clear communication will be key to the timely and efficient delivery of projects while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans that detail schedules, resource allocation, and site-specific activities to ensure all project objectives are met.
• Manage and supervise multiple Water Filtration Plant projects across scattered locations, coordinating efforts to maintain uniform standards and progress.
• Lead and manage a team of 100 professionals, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring clear communication of project goals and expectations.
• Coordinate closely with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and clients to align project activities, resolve issues, and ensure seamless operational integration.
• Monitor project milestones and timelines rigorously to guarantee on-schedule completion and address any deviations proactively.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments using tools such as Risk Assessment and Mitigation Tools and Threat Modeling to identify potential challenges and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Oversee quality management practices, applying principles of Total Quality Management (TQM) to ensure that all project outcomes meet or exceed established standards.
• Implement strict safety protocols and operational procedures to maintain a safe work environment across all project sites.
• Utilize project management software, including Microsoft Project, to track progress, manage schedules, and provide accurate project reporting.
• Prepare detailed project status reports and deliver regular updates to senior management and stakeholders to keep all parties informed.
• Address site-related issues promptly with practical and effective solutions to minimize disruptions and maintain workflow continuity.
• Facilitate communication management to ensure timely dissemination of critical project information among all relevant parties.
• Maintain work breakdown structures (WBS) to organize deliverables and tasks efficiently, enabling better control over project scope and resources.
• Oversee budget management throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring financial resources are used efficiently and expenditures align with approved budgets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to project execution, embracing best practices and innovative methods to enhance overall project performance.
