Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures using proper safety protocols.
- Perform plumbing tasks including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of pipes, fixtures, and related systems.
- Operate and maintain electrical and plumbing tools and testing instruments such as multimeters and other electrical testing devices.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues by diagnosing faults and making appropriate repairs efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Lead and coordinate a team of 20 technical laborers, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and to quality standards.
- Manage site operations during fieldwork, ensuring all technicians comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets customer and company expectations and adheres to applicable codes and standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed and report regularly to supervisors.
- Communicate effectively with management and clients regarding work progress, challenges, and technical requirements.
- Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and a responsible attitude toward assigned duties and workplace conduct.
- Continuously develop technical knowledge and skills relevant to plumbing and electrical systems through on-the-job training and self-study.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are kept in good condition and safe for use by all team members.
