Wavetel Limited consultancy seeks 2 X experienced Support professional to work within their Wavetel Limited support Team.
- The successful candidate will:- Raise technical support tickets against telephone and/or email requests.
- Have meticulous organisation and attention to detail.- Interface with internal teams, provisioning, sales and customers alike.
- Answer support questions on their products and services.
- Take 1st line troubleshooting step.
- Taking traces, evaluating logs and making test calls.
Essential Skills / Experience:
- At least 1 years' worth of experience in a technical support role.
- Energetic in personal, written, and telephone interactions.
- Fast learner.
- Ability to develop technical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Preferred Skills / Experience:
- Technical appreciation of VoIP Telecoms (the more the better), Broadband.
