Wavetel Limited consultancy seeks 2 X experienced Support professional to work within their Wavetel Limited support Team.

Telecoms Support

  • The successful candidate will:- Raise technical support tickets against telephone and/or email requests.
  • Have meticulous organisation and attention to detail.- Interface with internal teams, provisioning, sales and customers alike.
  • Answer support questions on their products and services.
  • Take 1st line troubleshooting step.
  • Taking traces, evaluating logs and making test calls.

Essential Skills / Experience:

  • At least 1 years' worth of experience in a technical support role.
  • Energetic in personal, written, and telephone interactions.
  • Fast learner.
  • Ability to develop technical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.

Preferred Skills / Experience:

  • Technical appreciation of VoIP Telecoms (the more the better), Broadband.
