Job Description:
General practitioner (Doctor) will provide primary and continuing medical care for patients who visit health care center.
- Responding to medical/health problems presented by patients
- Undertaking patient consultations, physical examination and diagnosing any ailments
- Prescribe medication
- Advise patients and community members concerning diet, activity, hygiene, and disease prevention
- Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical history, reports, and examination results
- Refer patients to medical specialists or other practitioners when necessary
- Managing resources to service targets as effectively as possible
- Keeping up to date with medical developments, new drugs, treatments and medications, including complementary medicine
- Monitoring and administering medication
- Managing a team of 5 to 6 people
- Reporting medical activities on daily bases
- Promoting health education
- Any other relating tasks assigned by the line manager
