We are looking for assistant network Administaror.
1- Assist network administrator in supporting server applications and operating systems.
2- Provide helpdesk assistance in resolving software, hardware and network related problems.
3- Assist in equipment set-up and software installation and updates.
4- Assist in maintenance of telephone systems and computer stations.
5- Perform troubleshooting, archiving and back-up of server applications.
6- Manage inventory of software licenses, software application, hardware components and IT supplies.
7- Generate email and network accounts for new users.
8- Configure computers for new users.
9- Update regularly emails and phone numbers of users.
10- Respond to service calls and emails promptly.
11- Maintain both internal and external company networks.
12- Assist in implementing firewalls and security devices to ensure network security.
13- Coordinate with Manager to set user access, permissions and roles to prevent unauthorized access.
