We have openings at our Islamabad office for Software Engineers (Javascript, NodeJS) to join our fast-growing and fast-paced international organization.
About the Role:
As a NodeJS JavaScript Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing creative and innovative solutions using modern technologies and techniques. Your job includes working closely with Product Management to understand and clarify requirements, working closely with our team to get proposals from a technical feasibility perspective and add creative influence to simplify, enhance, and impact our customers. You will be responsible for the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of a wide range of applications and environments. You will work closely with the entire engineering team to execute major deliverables.
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

3+ years of overall software development experience
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience in modern TypeScript /JavaScript application development
-
Experience with NodeJS
-
Familiarity with RESTful APIs
-
Experience with ORMs
-
Experience with Databases (MySql/Mongo)
-
Understanding of Unit/Integration testing
-
Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines
-
Strong understanding of SOLID design principles
-
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as (Git, Mercurial, SVN)
-
Experience working with teams using Agile & Scrum methodologies (Jira)
-
Strong written and oral communication skills
-
Experience with HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, web and mobile frameworks (React, React Native, Vue, Angular) would be an advantage
