We have openings at our Islamabad office for Software Engineers (.Net) to join our fast-growing and fast-paced international organization.
About the Role:
As a .Net Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and managing backend services using SOLID principles, design patterns, and best practices. Your job includes working closely with Product Management to understand and clarify requirements, working closely with our UX Design team to vet proposals from a technical feasibility perspective, and add creative influence to simplify, enhance, and impact our customers. You will be responsible for the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of a wide range of services that will be consumed by front-end applications. You will work closely with the entire engineering team to execute major deliverables.
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

5+ years of overall software development experience, with an emphasis on back end engineering
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Hands-on experience with .Net Core and Asp.Net Core
-
Strong understanding of SOLID Design Principles and Design Patterns
-
Experience with ORMs and LINQ (Entity Framework, Dapper, etc)
-
Experience with Databases (MySql/SqlServer)
-
A clear understanding of OOP and OOAD concepts
-
Familiarity with CD/CI tools (Bamboo, AzureDevOps, Bitbucket Pipelines etc)
-
Experience Cloud Platform (AWS Services/Azure/Google Cloud)
-
Familiarity with RESTful APIs
-
Experience with unit and integration testing
-
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
-
Experience working with teams using Agile & Scrum methodologies (Jira, TFS)
-
Familiarity with the Microservices architecture
-
Familiarity with Docker Containers and Kubernetes would be an advantage

Understanding of and experience with unit and integration testing
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience with NodeJS would be an advantage

Experience with React, React Native, Vue, Angular would be an advantage
