- Plan, direct, coordinate and control operational activities for example scheduling, assigning of work, determining methods for doing work
- Handling issues related to routine tasks, follow up and monitoring of workflow to ensure effective and timely completion of activities in alignment with quality requirements
- Assist CEO & GM to manage the daily operations
- Perform special projects as requested by CEO and GM
- Researching new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency
- Reporting of daily operations ( installations, shifting, dismantling ) to CEO and GM
- Ensure proper communication with all the departments about daily tasks
- Identifying all gaps in the operations and finding solutions to fill the gaps
- Contribute towards the achievements of company’s strategic and operational objectives
- Other duties assigned by the management
