The role:
We currently have an opportunity for a smart, enthusiastic and highly independent developer to join us. You will be working in a dynamic, challenging and fast paced environment and will be supporting and developing a system currently deployed locally and internationally. You will get exposure to the full development life-cycle and provide support to our team of engineers where required.
About you:
You will have a background or a true passion for software/computer science preferably with a degree or similar in a relevant field. While the role is primarily web based development, the successful applicant will also require a diverse range of skills, knowledge and problem solving ability due to the nature of our work.
As a minimum, you will:
- Have sound knowledge of HTML/Javascript/CSS/AJAX
- Java experience (equivalent .NET experience will be considered)
- Node JS / Mongo / Express / PHP
- Have a basic understanding of user interface design
- Have had exposure to working with databases/SQL
- Be highly organised and logical
- Be able to assess needs and design goals of products
- Be a pragmatic thinker who truly seeks to find solutions beyond the norm.
- Have a high level of passion and dedication
