WebDesign Shop is a Canada-based real estate business offering exceptional services in residential and commercial property sales. We provide high-quality web design and digital marketing services to our clients and are expanding our real estate operations internationally. We are looking for a dedicated Admin-Sales Agent (Female) to join our team and help us manage client inquiries and property transactions, all while working remotely in Pakistan. This role involves administrative support and sales activities related to our real estate business.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage administrative tasks such as updating property listings, maintaining client databases, and scheduling appointments.
Provide sales support by responding to inquiries, providing detailed property information, and arranging viewings for Canadian clients.
Lead follow-up: Assist in contacting leads, nurturing relationships, and closing deals.
Client Communication: Handle communication with clients via phone, email, and chat to answer questions and support their needs during the buying/selling process.
Assist in negotiating offers, finalizing contracts, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure smooth transactions.
Keep detailed records and assist in the management of CRM systems.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in real estate or related administrative roles.
Fluent in English (spoken and written) with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working night shifts (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM PKT) to align with Canadian business hours.
Prior experience in real estate or sales administration is a plus.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Must be based in Lahore, Pakistan, and available to work on-site at our office in Gulberg 3, M Block.
Compensation:
Base Salary: Competitive salary based on experience.
