We’re looking for a Night Shift HR Manager to join our team at Web Design Shop, located in M Block, Gulberg 3, Lahore. If you’re fluent in English and have strong experience in HR management, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
HR Operations: Oversee recruitment, employee onboarding, and offboarding during night shifts.
Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee concerns, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment.
Performance Management: Manage performance reviews and help employees align with company goals.
Compliance: Ensure full compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Training & Development: Provide training resources and growth opportunities for the team.
Support Leadership: Collaborate with management to solve HR-related issues and support operational goals.
What We’re Looking For:
Fluent in English (both written and verbal) – communication is essential.
3-5 years of HR experience in a managerial role, preferably in an on-site setting.
Availability to work night shifts on-site at M Block, Gulberg 3, Lahore.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
Ability to effectively handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.
Comfortable using HR software and management systems (e.g., HRIS).
A positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
